This data is processed exclusively for legitimate purposes: flower delivery, customer communication, and sending notifications and invoices.
We do not collect or store your bank card information. Payments are processed through the secure system of the MAIB commercial bank in accordance with 3D-Secure standards.

3. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
- Orders are placed through the shopping cart on the website.
- Payment is made online using Visa/Mastercard cards through the MAIB eCommerce platform.
- After payment, the Buyer receives an order confirmation via email.
- Refunds (if any) are issued only to the card used for payment.
4. DELIVERY OF GOODS
- Delivery is available in Chisinau and throughout the Republic of Moldova.
- In Chisinau, orders placed before 5:00 PM can be delivered the same day.
- Delivery cost:
- Free for orders of 2,500 MDL and above.
- 100 MDL for orders under this threshold.
- Delivery outside Chisinau is typically completed within 24-48 hours, depending on the destination.
- Delivery may be limited or suspended on Sundays and holidays.
- In the event of exceptional circumstances (e.g., adverse weather conditions, unavailability of certain colors), the customer will be notified immediately.
5. RIGHT TO RETURN AND CANCEL AN ORDER
- Flowers and floral arrangements are perishable products and cannot be returned once delivered (in accordance with Government Decree No. 1465/2003, Appendix No. 2).
- Orders can be cancelled up to 3 hours before the scheduled delivery time. In this case, a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds will be made to the card used for purchase within 10 business days.
6. PRIVACY POLICY
- The provider undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of customer data and use it only for the stated purposes.
- Data is not transferred to third parties, except as required by law.
- All online transactions are protected by SSL and 3D-Secure.
